• How do I reserve my date?

    Your date is reserved with a signed contract and down payment.  Until both are received, your date is considered open.  Please contact us so we can check your date availability and email you a contract.

  • Where are you located?

    4 Points Farm is conveniently located off of Birds Creek Rd. just 10 or 15 minute drive with no steep roads, back to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville.  Click here to find out more about the farm.

  • Do I need to rent tables, chairs, and decorations?

    No.  You are welcome to customize your décor, but everything you need including tables, chairs, many decorations, and photo opportunities are included for your use.  Click here to see what’s included.

  • How is the parking?

    There is a parking spot for 53 cars including 50 gravel parking spots and 3 paved handicap spots.

  • Can I decorate?

    Of course you can customize your wedding décor.  We include many things to help like:

    Selectable Colored LED accent lighting,

    • log rounds
    • votives
    • mason jars
    • and much more

  • Are candles allowed in the barn?

    A single unity candle used in a ceremony is okay as long as it is contained in a glass jar.  Our barn is an all wood timber framed structure so all other candles are not allowed.  If you planned on decorating with candles – Never fear!  We have a large selection of realistic LED candles and votive that are already included and available for your decorating.  Click here to see what’s included.

  • Do you allow food or alcohol to be served?

    Yes.  We work with the largest, most capable catering company in our area with extensive menu options for your event.  Bringing in food or beverages is not permitted.  For insurance purposes we require guests to use only our recommended caterer if food or beverage service is desired.  You are free to select any other vendor you desire for other services.    Click here to see a sample of their menu options.

  • How many guests will 4 Points Farm accommodate?

    Our facilities can accommodate up to 199 guests seated comfortably.  If you plan to include table service or need table work space for a corporate retreat we do not recommend seating more than 170.

  • Is the barn at 4 Points Farm climate controlled?

    Yes.  The barn has central heat and air conditioning.

  • Do you coordinate weddings?

    No.  We do not offer pre-packaged wedding coordinator services.  You are free to customize your ceremony any way you want!  We have a great list of vendors for all your wedding needs including wedding coordinators, pastor, cake bakers, florists, DJ’s, photographers, caterers, and even lodging.

    For insurance purposes we require guests to use only our recommended caterer if food or beverage service is desired.  You are free to select any other vendor you choose for other services.  Included in your confirmation package will be a list of everything you need to plan your ceremony.

  • Do I need an appointment to visit 4 Points Farm?

    Yes.  We love to show off, but for the privacy of our guests we ask anyone interested to schedule a private tour.  Normal tour times are Monday – Saturday at 1 PM.  Please contact us and our staff will be in touch with you soon!

  • Is there lodging nearby?

    Yes.  Our area is home to some 12 million visitors each year, so lodging options are nearly boundless.  From inexpensive hotels to luxury log cabins, any accommodation your group will need is nearby.  Included in your confirmation package will be a list of our favorite recommended lodging companies.

  • Is your facility handicap accessible?

    Our barn and patio are handicap accessible and a handicap bathroom facility is available in the barn.  Click here to find out more about our venue.

  • What about set up before and cleaning after my event?

    4 Points Farm gives you the freedom to decorate as you wish, using our inventory of tables, linens, and accessories- while adding your own personal  touches to make your event truly unique.   Any physical help with setup and decorating should be handled yourself or through your wedding coordinator.

    A cleaning fee is included in our pricing, so you can relax after your big day.  A cleaning crew will show up at the end of your event to “break down” and “clean up” after you.  Please take with you any decorations you bring yourself that would not be considered garbage.

  • What is the pricing to rent 4 Points Farm?

    $3999 This price includes use of the barn, farm, and all amenities from 3 pm to 11 pm.   Also includes a one- hour rehearsal prior to the wedding at an agreed upon time and date.
